Q. What time is check in / check out?
A. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please be mindful of these times as the cleaning staff is on a tight schedule between these hours.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Yes! No need to board your furry friends, bring them along! We charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per visit. If you would like to bring a pet(s) please let us know so we can add the fee to your total. Cats and chickens are roaming some of our properties so we ask that you keep your dogs on a leash if they are inclined to wander or chase animals. Dogs must be crated if you leave them behind when you go out. Please be considerate of future guests and do not allow pets on bedding or furniture. It's a good idea to pack your pet bed or a pet blanket for your pup. Please clean up after your pets.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Yes. Each property lists a maximum number of guests. This must be adhered to. Our properties are on septic systems and can only allow for a certain number of guests per our city permits. All day guests must be approved in advance.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Your initial deposit of 25% is non-refundable. If you should cancel your reservation within 30 days of your expected arrival, or after the balance has been paid, the total charges of your reservation are non-refundable. However, if we are able to re-book the property for the same dates as your reservation, we will refund your money minus a $50 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-book the property, all charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit to the card issued during the reservation process. Should you need to shorten your stay while in residence, you are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on the the reservation. No credits will be issued for a reduction of guests, pets, or dates from your reservation if we are not notified within 30 days of your check in date.
